Cyber Security
Active, around-the-clock protection for your computers, servers and cloud accounts — with real people watching for threats and responding fast when something looks wrong.
Cyber threats are a real and growing risk for businesses of every size, and attackers no longer rely on obvious viruses. Today’s threats are designed to stay hidden — quietly compromising an account, moving through your systems, and causing damage before anyone notices. That’s why the heart of our security approach is active, ongoing monitoring of both your local systems and your cloud accounts, backed by real people ready to respond.
Always-on monitoring
Good security isn’t something you set up once and forget. We continuously watch your computers, servers and cloud accounts for signs of trouble, around the clock. Instead of only blocking threats we already recognise, we look for the behaviour of an attack — unusual sign-ins, suspicious changes, and the early warning signs of a device or account being compromised. This means we can catch threats that slip past traditional antivirus, and catch them early.
Protecting your computers and servers
Every computer and server in your business is a potential entry point for an attacker. We deploy advanced protection to each device that watches for malicious activity as it happens. When something suspicious is detected, it’s investigated straight away — and if it’s a genuine threat, the affected device can be isolated to stop the problem spreading while it’s dealt with.
Protecting your cloud accounts and identities
More and more of your business runs in the cloud — email, files, and the Microsoft 365 accounts your team logs into every day. These accounts are a frequent target, because a single compromised login can give an attacker access to sensitive data and the ability to impersonate your staff. We actively monitor your cloud identities for signs of compromise — like unexpected logins, suspicious mailbox activity or attempts to bypass security — so a hijacked account can be shut down before it’s used against you.
A human team behind the technology
Technology finds the warning signs, but people make the difference. Our monitoring is backed by a dedicated security team that investigates alerts, separates genuine threats from false alarms, and responds when it matters. Rather than leaving you with a flood of alerts to interpret, we handle the investigation and take action — so you’re not on your own when something goes wrong.
Layered protection as standard
Monitoring works best as part of a wider set of defences that make it harder for an attack to succeed in the first place. Alongside continuous monitoring, we help you put practical safeguards in place, including:
- Multi-factor authentication and stronger sign-in controls, so a stolen password isn’t enough to get in.
- Email and phishing protection, to filter out the scams and malicious messages that target your team.
- Access and account hardening, so people have the access they need and nothing they don’t.
- Security awareness support, helping your team recognise threats and build good habits — because your people are an important part of your defence.
Clear reporting, no jargon
Security shouldn’t be a black box. We report back on what we’re seeing and doing — the threats detected, the action taken, and how your protection is holding up — in plain language, so you can have real confidence that your business is being looked after.

Frequently asked questions
Isn't antivirus enough to keep us safe?
Traditional antivirus only blocks threats it already recognises. Modern attacks are designed to slip past it, so we add active detection and response that looks for suspicious behaviour — not just known viruses — and has people ready to act when something is found.
Do you monitor our Microsoft 365 accounts as well as our computers?
Yes. So much of your business now lives in the cloud, so we monitor both — your computers and servers on-site, and your Microsoft 365 and cloud identities. If someone's account is compromised, we want to catch it early, wherever the attack starts.
What happens if a threat is detected out of hours?
Monitoring runs around the clock, backed by a security team that investigates alerts and responds to genuine threats at any hour — isolating an affected device or account before a problem can spread.
Will this slow down our computers or get in the way?
No. The protection runs quietly in the background. Most of the time you won't notice it's there — you'll simply have the assurance that your systems are being watched.
